If looking closely at the first and the second generation's characteristics, the AirPods second generation comes with an H1 processor instead of the W1 from the 2016 model. So what do you get with the new, improved processor?

Apple released the Pro model in October 2019. These fantastic improvements come at a price of approximately £100 more than the price for earlier models. So, if you are an in-ear headphones lover willing to pay more for good design and improved features, a hands-free Pro model is a product for you!

What is the secret behind AirPods Max?

As you know, in December 2020, Apple has released its first wireless over-ear headset ever. The Max model comes in five colours, and some of their most important features are:

  1. Active noise cancellation (reduces the background noise),
  2. Transparency mode (allows outside sound in),
  3. Spatial audio (creates theatre-like surround sound),
  4. Adaptive EQ (shapes low and mid music frequencies to your ear),
  5. Three outward-facing microphones (for detection of external sounds and noise),
  6. Requires iOS 14 (iOS on your iPhone or iPad should be iOS 14 or later).

When comparing this model with earlier double-tap Apple headphones, the most obvious difference is the design itself. But when it comes to other features, the five-minute Lightning charge will provide 1.5 hours of music, whilst a fully charged battery can last up to 20 hours.

 

Thanks to two Apple H1 chips, AirPods Max deliver a fantastic quality of sound. The model is equipped with memory foam interchangeable ear cushions. It also includes Digital Crown, which allows you to adjust the volume, use Siri or control audio playback. Also, the headband balances and distributes pressure providing a perfect user experience.

 

So, if you are a fan of headsets, investing in an AirPods Max can be a bit pricey, but it is the smart solution!
